Welcome 

I am not an artist to wax philosophically about my work, so I find it difficult to explain what painting does for me.  Since I began painting, I’ve become more attuned to the myriad colors in the landscape that I had never noticed before. 

You may notice the clouds with subtle touches of pink, yellow or green; or perhaps red or deep purple in the trunk of an evergreen tree.  My goal in painting the landscape is to create peaceful scenes, a sense of tranquility – a change of pace for people’s hectic lives today.  If others are touched by my work, I am honored.
